Our anti-diet philosophy is what sets us apart from other studios. We believe that everyone is worthy of care, respect + acceptance, regardless of size, age, or ability. We aim to dispel the myth that Pilates is only for certain body types, providing classes that welcome everyone. By prioritising functional, mindful movement that is adaptable to everyday life, our classes will leave you feeling strong, energised + empowered.

I'm Courtney, founder + chief instructor at Flow State Movement.
I truly believe in the benefits of mindful movement to help transform your relationship with your body + I'm passionate about helping others discover the joy+ freedom of movement in all its forms. Whether it's Pilates, yoga, or any other activity that you love, I hope to help you to find a sense of flow + connection.
