SMALL GROUP REFORMER

All reformer class styles are open-level with a maximum of 4 people at a time, so you can receive as much (or as little) hands-on attention + guidance as you might want or need. From restorative styles through to sweaty cardio, you will find a class that suits your mood!

MAT PILATES (Term 3 at BooFIIT - Mirboo North)

Power Up Pilates - a mat Pilates class designed to prepare you for the challenges and rewards of classical Pilates. We'll focus on building the core strength, flexibility, and coordination needed to tackle the foundational exercises of this traditional practice.

Perfect for absolute beginners or those who want to revisit the fundamentals as we slowly introduce more of the classical Pilates repertoire throughout the term.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that allows you to connect to your body + mind, without needing to get down to the floor. Mindful movement, breath work + meditation whilst comfortably supported in a chair brings the  many benefits of this practice to all.
