Service Description
Experience the benefits of breath + movement with Flow + Restore. This class offers a combination of mobility, strengthening + flowing movements on the reformer that will help you to restore balance in the body. With an emphasis on breath + deliberate movement, Flow + Restore can help you to a gain greater range of motion, flexibility + strength. Find your flow + restore your energy with this unique class. Familiarity with the reformer is essential prior to attending this class. Absolute beginners welcome after attending at least two (2) Flow + Align classes.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your booked class, please use the Fit by Wix app or login to your account on our website to cancel your spot no less than 12 hours prior to the class starting. This will ensure your session is credited back to your account. - cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the class starting will forfeit that session + it will be deducted from your account. Late cancellations cannot be made on the app or the website - please email flowstatemvmnt@gmail.com or send a message via the app. - "no-shows" will also forfeit the session from your account. All group classes require at least 2 people to go ahead. If only 1 person is booked in to a class up to 4 hours prior to the class start time, they will receive an email and/or text message notifying them of the cancellation + the session will be returned to their account. *if the class in question is a morning class, the email and/or text message will be sent by 8pm the night before*
